Connect developed the strategic communications plan and is delivering public outreach and community relations services for the duration of the project. Expected completion is Spring 2020.

Connect is providing strategic communications planning and community outreach consulting services for this storm drainage improvement project in Carlsbad. The project area is located on a heavily traveled connecting road in a neighborhood near four schools. Connect worked with the construction team to educate residents and mitigate complaints. Expected completion is early 2019.

A water district is building a pump station in a Riverside business park; what could go wrong? As a consultant working on this PRSA award-winning community relations project project, Connect led the team to develop the strategic outreach plan, messaging and collateral materials. Project outreach kicked off with a community relations push to educate business park tenants and nearby residents affected by construction, and included door-to-door outreach followed by planning and executing an open house event. Expected completion is early 2019.
